Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We ship our orders from Brooklyn, New York.

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email – and ship the next business day, but please allow up to 2 business days as all orders are baked or cooked fresh.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder (and filter) or contact us for confirmation.

You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped.

If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address when placing your order. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.


Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We also offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $60.

We do offer priority shipping for a fee, available at checkout.


International Shipping

At the moment, we do not offer international shipping.


How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
